Sandy Pardue

Sandy Pardue, Senior Consultant and Lecturer with Classic Practice Resources, has consulted with offices throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. She is an energetic and highly competent lecturer and consultant in the area of dental practice management. Sandy has over 25 years of “hands on” experience in the dental field, and for three consecutive years, DENTISTRY TODAY Magazine has recognized her as one of the country’s leading speaker-consultants. Recently, Sandy was voted by DentalTown's "Townies" on the DentalTown Web Site as the “Best Advisor/Most Helpful in the business of practice management." In addition to traveling to private practices to set up workable systems, Sandy has given many lectures and workshops on Scheduling Patients and Appointment Book Control, Accounts Receivable and Collections, Office Manager Training and Basic Organization in the dental practice. Hundreds of doctors and dental staff members have attended and connected with her interesting "hands on" approach from “someone who's been there.”

Sandy managed Dr. Westerman’s practice for 9 years when she began training doctors and their staff at workshops on successful scheduling and accounts receivable systems. In 1994, the demand for her in other offices became great and she began consulting on a full time basis. Sandy and her husband of 30 years have one daughter. She takes pleasure in gardening, traveling, and also enjoys preparing regional Louisiana cuisine. She spends a lot of her spare time in dental chat rooms, advising dentists about their practices and creating new systems and solutions for the dental industry.

Robert D. Westerman, DDS

Robert D. Westerman, D.D.S. is a highly successful solo practitioner of General Dentistry in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. An Arkansas native and a graduate of Loyola University Dental School in New Orleans, LA, he has served extensively in his local and state dental associations, and is a frequent contributor to dental journals and textbooks. He has lectured and taught at innumerable dental association conventions, study groups and management seminars in a variety of healthcare settings.

Dr. Westerman holds five patents in the dental field including the Metalift Crown and Bridge Removal System™, an Interdental Plaque Removal and Irrigating Device, and the Sublingual Anti-Gag Tablet. He is the author of the highly acclaimed Classic Practice Series on dental management as well as several other manuscripts and manuals. He and his wife, Peggy, are the founders of Classic Practice Resources.

Dr. Westerman is a family man, sportsman, and music enthusiast. He leads an active lifestyle outside of the office. His hobbies include spending time with his family at his farm in rural Louisiana, fishing, or catching a football game. A Distinguished Military Student in the LSU Air Force ROTC, he was also a former LSU football team member and Freshman coach. Today he is an active member of the Louisiana Symphony Association and Rotary International.
